About QALB

Welcome to QALB where transformation meets the heart

I’m Wafa Mahbouli, founder of QALB a space born from my own journey of growth and realignment. What began as a personal search for meaning evolved into a disciplined path of training in Kundalini Activation, mindfulness meditation, breathwork, and sound healing.

Through years of study, integration, and lived experience, I shifted from constant achievement and external validation to a life rooted in presence, clarity, and conscious creation.

QALB was created from that transformation.

Today, I design experiences that help individuals and teams regulate stress, restore energy, unlock creativity, and reconnect to their authentic strength. My work blends ancient practices with modern awareness making transformation both grounded and practical.

I offer:

• Private 1:1 transformational sessions
• Group ceremonies and sound experiences
• Corporate wellness programs focused on stress regulation, team cohesion, and creative performance
• Immersive experiences for retreats, festivals, and community events

Whether you are seeking personal clarity, supporting your team’s wellbeing, or curating a meaningful event, each session is designed to create measurable shifts emotionally, mentally, and energetically.

Every experience is facilitated with intention, safety, and professionalism, ensuring participants leave not only refreshed, but empowered.

QALB is where seekers, leaders, and visionaries come to reset, reconnect, and rise.

Meet Wafa, Founder of QALB

Wafa Mahbouli is the founder of QALB and a facilitator of guided, embodied experiences that support presence, emotional regulation, and meaningful human connection.

Trained in Kundalini Activation facilitation, breathwork, and sound-based practices, she has led group and one-to-one experiences across North America, Europe, and Africa. Over the past several years, Wafa has guided hundreds of participants through carefully structured sessions designed to create space for reflection, release, clarity, and renewed perspective.

Her approach blends ancient techniques with modern awareness. Alongside her formal training, Wafa draws inspiration from her Amazigh lineage a heritage rooted in resilience, connection to land, and oral wisdom traditions passed down through generations. This cultural foundation instilled in her a deep respect for ritual, community, and the unseen dimensions of human experience.

Shaped by immersive trainings in New York and extensive international facilitation experience, Wafa’s work is grounded in nervous system literacy, psychological safety, and practical integration.

Beyond facilitation, Wafa is a photographer and videographer who has traveled to more than 31 countries. Her creative lens informs her work, she is deeply attuned to energy, atmosphere, and the subtle dynamics of human connection.

What distinguishes Wafa’s facilitation is her ability to bridge depth with grounded professionalism. Her style is calm, adaptable, and boundary-conscious. Rather than encouraging escape or abstraction, she creates experiences that help participants cultivate clarity, resilience, and authentic presence in both personal and professional contexts.

Through QALB, Wafa partners with individuals, communities, and organizations seeking intentional spaces for reset and growth. Whether in private sessions, group experiences, or tailored corporate offerings, her work is designed to help people reconnect not only inwardly, but with how they live and lead.
