Cancellation & Refund Policy


Bookings

All bookings are required in advance to secure your spot.


No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed.


Rescheduling

If you cannot attend:

  • You may request to transfer your spot to another session with minimum 48 hours notice
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability


Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session:

  • Are non-transferable
  • Cannot be refunded


No-Shows

If you do not attend your session:

  • Your booking is forfeited


Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may offer flexibility at our discretion.


Event Changes

QALB reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule
  • Change location
  • Cancel sessions if necessary

In such cases, you will be offered:

  • A transfer
  • Or credit for a future session
